Sleeve + C-ring = Simply works.
Routine:
Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes for warmup. (Still getting huge expansion.)
5x5x3 using airpump (-15hg, but did time to time with slightly over so I got more of stretchy feeling and lowered back.)
Using C-ring after. After this my mushroom feels like its done. Because of Sleeve, there is no sir leaks, this just simply works. Only downside is, that in the beginning it feels bit hassle to put BM on, but you get used to it. And slightly more edema. But nah. It "wears" of fast, and usually comes at last minutes of training routine.
