Progress thread Question about girth training and length training.

Sleeve + C-ring = Simply works.

Routine:

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes for warmup. (Still getting huge expansion.)

5x5x3 using airpump (-15hg, but did time to time with slightly over so I got more of stretchy feeling and lowered back.)

Using C-ring after. After this my mushroom feels like its done. Because of Sleeve, there is no sir leaks, this just simply works. Only downside is, that in the beginning it feels bit hassle to put BM on, but you get used to it. And slightly more edema. But nah. It "wears" of fast, and usually comes at last minutes of training routine. 🍄

not exactly. nerve damage is pretty certain. i only wait to die. i felt so huge and alive till that day. its rough waking up knowing not only will you not get hard today, you wont even reach your normal flaccid size, nor feel much of anything except pain. good luck.
My friend got nerve damage, when he got vasectomy done. I hope from my heart that you get your problem solved. Could of been something already lurking under the tissue, but PE was just the "catalyst" to throw the problem over the edge. You should check everything about healing nerve damage from study journal databases. ❤️
 
oh it was a catylyst alright. only thing lurking was enough pressure to kill it . i could feel things just fine as it were. its been almost 1 1/2 yrs. ive checked all i can check. its pretty much over at this stage id say. i enjoy nothing at all
 
Ho ho. I see you are getting good blood flow from the pumping. The blood vessels are growing to get more blood supply in fast. The proof of your hard work.

Bundled Stretches 5 minutes for each side.

Jelqing 20 minutes.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes.

Bathmate X40 10 minutes.

Extender Phallosan Plus 3x20 minutes.

Behind Cheeks 20 minutes.

Wrapping

Used ADS for 1 hour each side.

Good low hang.

This morning I tried something:

Jelqing for 15 minutes.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes.

Bathmate X40 10 minutes.

Slow Squash Jelq 5 minutes.

(Left extender use out for today.)

Behind Cheeks 20 minutes.

Warmdown with pad and wrapping.

Why I left extender use out? I simply couldn't fit in after BM and Slow Squash Jelgs. 😅🍄

Backing BM Hercules fully girthwise after 10 minutes.
 
Not sure how you ran for 11km and still have the strength to cause that squirtfest. I'll be doing shitfest with wobbly legs after the run. Well, 32km intense cycling and a 30 minutes squirtfest, that I can do. Although, my legs shake like a new fawn while pounding her.
 
Had really nice experience last night, even thou I was already euphoric after running.
