Sauna changes things alot. If you use bathmate, water keeps heat, so no need for heatpad. I propably will replace my hercules and x40 with mityvac later on. Atm they do their job. Lengthmaster is no. 1 on my order list.

Routine for today was:

Warmup sauna with Bathmate x40. 10mins.

5x5x3 airpump. 10hg.

1 hour for Phallosan Forte ADS.

I really would like to use Phallosan at night, but I get nightly erections, so its pain in the ass to wear at night. 😬
Yes a sauna should be a game changer. I have used extreme heat throughout my penis enlargement. Without it I wouldn't have grown. I even bought a second heating fan at 2kW for this purpose.

I will see but I still believe Bathmate have something that other pumps do not have, especially when used without the comfort insert and when you start out with the correct size (not to big). When starting out with a to big pump you risk the deformation not being evenly throughout your shaft.

Many want to go for the 9 immediately even when they do not max the smaller pumps out in width first. Some seams to grow more in length, even when they focus on girth and having a wide pump. Maybe they use to little pressure?
 
I know how you feel. When the glans expands, and you're limited by the cylinder size, it becomes a wake up call.
Get a wider pump. I still believe if you do not max out the width in the 7 Wide Boy (same width as the 9), you should not go for the 9.

Maxing out the length in 7 Wide Boy and being ~8 Inch without maximum out the width, this I do not understand.

Rather than girth maxing out, it's the length hi hitting the top. To provide good equalizing pressure to influence the vacuum pressure, the top head space is needed. That 0.5in to 2in of head space allows the air bubbles to be trapped, and expunged out of the system. It also to prevent accident to the glans from being sucked/pressurized at the very top as the baffles gaiter compressed down. Painful issue. The glans cannot outpace the cylinder diameter unless you completely maxed it out from bottom to top.

I believe if you have a wider pump you will not get to the top of the pump (comparing: 7 to 7 Wide Boy). But this may be different for other people. For example if you start to hit the valve at top with the regular 7 now, and then change that pump out to 7 Wide Boy.

My belief is that you may not get as far in length inside the pump, because your penis have more room to expand in girth now (no comfort insert). Becouse you need to be able to hit the walls of that pump before you can expand up the shaft.

But I can be wrong. This may not be true for everyone, I do not know. This is my experience at least.
 
My example above are based on the fact if you only are using a Bathmate pump and are not doing stretching. Can be risky if you still grow a lot in length to get the 7 Wide Boy and not 9.

Once you know the pulls max out but not hitting the top, you can keep using the same cylinder. But it you notice the pulls continue to rise, making the glans touch the top, time to switch. Everyone is indeed different according to where they are during PE. I have to switch cylinders in the past too because of the internal tissue pulls.

What is base lax tissues?

I can't use my Hydomax 5 for this reason.
I maxed the girth fully and it was extremely uncomfortable, but I kept at it until I hit the valve at top, even when my base and shaft pushed hard into the rubber creases and cylinder walls. Girth expansion into the wall hindered length expansion as well.

My penis looked like a tire afterwards, and I got some numbness. More then enough signs to only use a bigger pump.
 
Base lax, or relaxed/weakened, tissue is a common term used in medical fields indicating a high or too stressful tissue that cannot maintain contractive strength. Imagine if you will, someone twist/break limb. Due to the high trauma stress on the connective muscle tissues surrounding the tendon or ligament (tendon is tissue connecting to muscles where ligament connects from muscles-to-bone or bone-to-bone), the tissues become relax/lax and cannot engage effective during contraction. Rather than contract to hold things in place, the tissues just relax even during a contractive state. This is why we always warn the brothers to let the tissues rest for 6 to 8 hours without doing anything to reset this fatigueness weakened state. Yours is way too strong since you conditioned the living daylight out of your tissues.

This is why if you want to limit your length growth, just use a larger cylinder and go for broke for girth expansion using larger cylinders. If you're going for restrictive girth growth and force for length, put on the comfort sleeve. But using the LM3 for length is much more productive. Everything is about comforts first.

The length master will be your best tool ever as.It brings length faster than any other method. I'm also happy that you're looking at the mityvac as this is the Best professional pump on the market.

Don't wear it at night brother. You need to let the night time erections take place, they're essential.

First time is going to be hassle. But before wrapping, I will heat sauna, and do some edging and smooth jelqing.

This day is more of healing day, as 5x5x3 is Super effective at doing cellular damage. Using boron, magnesium and zinc helps at healing tissue really fast.

Exactly. Pre-stretching further stretching under pressure, be with the LM or the Bathmate. This is me, but in your case, I would suggest measure the traction tension at 3lbs of force for 15 minutes, promote up to 7lbs of tension force for 20 minutes, then back to 5lbs for 10 more minutes. Keep the penis using the Forte or Plus until you shove it in the Bathmate. You'll get a pleasant surprise in terms of girth and length additional expansion. Just something to test for yourself.

This mornings routine was great! 🍆🥰

Routine:

Phallosan Plus for 1 hour. Measured about 19cm stretch flaccid. (large bell). After this flaccid hung nicely.

Warmup for pumping:

Bathmate x40 for 10mins. But got as much pressure as possible.

5x5x3. 10hg. 🍆 Felt great. So I decided to try up the pressure...

Airpump for 1 minute. Raised from 10hg to 15hg. This was my "Stretch limit". I got roughly to 19,4cm with 15hg pressure. I will build towards higher pressure, but only with slight raises to prevent injury. I have a feeling, or I have had this feeling for while, that I gain girth faster than length. This method feels good to me, and even when it is "Hard" or "at the limit of tolerance", it doesnt cause blisters. Bow to god for that. 🙏🥰

I believe 30 seconds is the baseline. In reality, 1 second is all it takes to break a cell membrane under high intensity. 30 seconds just add that extra layer of breaking more cells and stress the tissues out even further. If you're comforatable, to 45 seconds while holding the tension. For example, if you're twisting, twist and hold at the max rotation up to 45 seconds. Why? Imagine the wet towel being wrung. Same with cells. You wrung those cells at max torque/tension, they snapped under pressure. Same with the bending (broomstick style) at each location. Snap, crackle, pop.
