I used Phallosan just for while. If I walk, its ok to use, but if I am doing something more intense, I remove it.

Yesterday was quite simple: Just using some Phallosan Forte 3h with red. Phallosan plus for 1 hour. Just fighting turtling, and it seemed to help. Went into sauna, and put my cockring on and did some jelqing...but I did them with good erection. I test this approach so that: Kegel, ULI with good erection and going for jelq. It feels so damn good... More or less edging. I feel like its making difference for erection quality. Atleast I woke up at night with erection. So I am definitely doing something right.

5x5x3 with airpump. 10hg.

Thought if I could use Phallosan Plus after this session... But it was just a dream. Cant fit in after this 5x5x3 training. Holy Fck if I am not backing full of the cylinder in a year. 🤣😋

All I can say brother is your penis is thriving to grow. An erection in the process means you líbido and testosterone levels are rising. You brain is priming your body for further growth. This is where you want to be. But do take your growth with safety in mind and not to overdo it.
 
Routine:

Bathmate x40 (15mins for warm up. Semi-pressure only.)

Airpump with SSJ (5x5x3. 10hg. Kegeling while doing SSJ. Expansion is huge. For last set, it is already difficult to get inside cylinder. This is motivating.)

Airpump (5min. 12,5hg. To test where pain treshold lies.)

Warm down: Warm shower for mushroom. Using cockring for 1 hour after training.

Going to use Phallosan Forte for anti-turtling.

So... I am going to stick with this routine. It works for me. If I add anything else, it could lead to blistering. My mind just can't wonder. Consistency is the key.

If you have access to private sauna, I recommend doing some edging and jelqing sessions there. For me it works like charm.

Ummm… just my observation here, but that’s getting to be borderline starvation. Either that or it’s a massively sweet tan on the unit! JK but seriously, that looks waaaaaay too intense. But if it works for you and no injuries, I guess it’s what you got going on. Appears like a clamping session gone wrong. Be careful.

Yeah. 🤣🙏 Gonna take break tomorrow. Edged, and got really full. And of course some discoloration on skin. Light also dim. Not looking that Black atm. Actually ok, but low light makes Red look Black. So no worries there. 😅
 
Today I used Phallosan Forte for 3 hours + 30mins between cheeks. (Tested it works the same way as hanging. It actually gives nice stretchy feeling on ligament. Anyone with more experience for this approach? 🤔)

Later I am going to go to sauna and do some jelqing combined with kegels and edging. Nothing major, only healing for tomorrows pumping and SSJ.

Almost forgot to update: Did 5x5x3 as usual. Works for me. Amazing expansion. Later in the evening went to sauna and did some edging and moderate jelging with higher erection level. I feel like it is helping to build stamina.

I am simply hooked doing this routine.
