I just picked up a piece of PVC pipe the other day to try and incorporate it into my routines. I'm wondering if DLD or anyone else can recommend some good exercises to try out using the pipe as leverage. So far all i've tried is is wrapping my penis around the pvc and slowly turning the pipe a little at a time to achieve a maximum stretch. it seems to be effective but it nearly kills my glans as they seem to get 'crushed' more with each turn. Oh well, anyone have any suggestions?
