Protein is good with any tissue repair as it is the chemical responsible for repair in the body. But carbs and fat also play a role in cellular growth and repair so a balanced diet is what is best for Penis Enlargement or any other exercises.

IMO if you can afford supplements, use them as they are created to help gains and with all the research available on the different supplements anyone can become a pro rather quickly.

Why concentrate on proteins only? Get a allaround healthy foodsource, only good proteins wont help much, u need the overall goodness. America is known for their fatty foods and junky stuff, so I guess its that more important for u guys who is in the US. If u want some links, I could give u that.
