Pre-Set Tub Stretch
I have been messing with tub stretches for a minute now but I tried something else today that gave me a much better stretch, almost too intense to where I had to stop. It seems that pre-setting up the tub stretch before sitting down into into it gives me much more intensity than sitting down and getting into the stretch.
In a standing position, near the tub, I grab my penis by the glans, pull it between my legs and upward towards the top of my crack. One could go to the center, left of the crack or right. Once in the position, with a good amount of pre-stretch or intensity I will sit down into the tub stretch. At this point you will feel the intensity and how very powerful this version of an old stretch is.
A sample routine would be 15 thirty second stretches.
