Power assist routine?

i have just brouht a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] wrench and i was wondering if there are any routines to follow or do i just do a couple of sets of all the stretches shown on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] page?

Yeah it could be...but there are also many other devices you can use. Personally, I am going to wait until the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 2 comes out and then get that. Are you not gainning anything by manuals?? I am sure some others can give you a lot more input.
 
yeah but it is manual stretching, it just enhances your strength, as the name says it helps you in tugging. ;)

Very much so. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] increases intensity far beyond anything you can accomplish with your hands...it is very powerful.

Check out my Routine in my sig or the link in DLD's post. That will sure enough get you started. I use golf gloves for grip. Be careful at first. This workout and go as long as an hour or so so I would workout for what best for you. Really listen to what your body is telling you during this workout. It also gives you a great chance to really visualize your goals.
