How many [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions can we have in one day i think two 15 mins sessions a day is ok......Is this ok besides im using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] too i have been using both devices almost everyday.but can this give me an negative effect?

As many as you can handle. Just don't let PE get in the way of normal life! Also, don't do multiple sessions if you are in pain at all.
 
yeah i think is ideal to have two [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions a day...:)

I don't know about others but as for me, when I start working on girth, I intend doing 2 sessions morning and night

I did this every day for more than 2 years and had the most incredible results. For me girth was very hard to gain, I gained length with absolutely no problem but girth was so difficult. It was only after I came up with super-sets and training twice a day that I saw massive results. in six months I gained .5" but once I started the new routine within a year and a half later I gained a total of 2".

The best way for me to gain length is with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] stretching at max tension always. But girth is my favorite exercise which is why I'm giving length all my attention from now until end of September before focusing on my lovely baby called girth work.

I was pretty much on the same road but with girth. I needed to really step up my girth work and put my length work to the back to make the gains I have. I am starting to put more and more faith in these workouts where exclusivity is given to either length or girth for some men. I like to think that men can gain both at the same time but this is not across the board, some men just need to focus on one thing at a time.

you really have to do it by feel
when you are trying to grow you have to hit that sweet spot where you get lots of expansion but little/no fluid retention
two 15 min sessions a day should be perfect but just make sure your erections are good and no crazy bruising or anything

Go for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words], it will last you much longer than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] and will get you to 9" x 6".

The difference between them is that you can easily pump to high pressure with the extreme easily.

Exactly. But if you want to try to make your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] and Extreme you can try the Wine-Vac modification.

That's how you do it. Remove the valve and the stopper fits perfectly or use a sleeve or baby bottle nipple and place the wine vac over top. Works excellent.
