Plyometric stretches

To DLD, and all other vets. Could someone use plyometric stretches when they are doing Phase one or would yous recommend it for more advanced phases.

The nice thing about Plymetrics is the ability to be controlled in the amount of intensity you dedicate to it. I think you should start doing them but start easy. As you progress in experience you can can up the intensity. Remember, Plymetrics are only a supplement to your length work and should only be done a couple times per week. The idea behind the exercise is shock growth when combined with a solid stretching routine.
