please help with question about vaccum hanging and blisters

does anyone know specifically what blisters come from with vaccum hanging?

Is it too much pressure, fluid buildup of some kind, or something else?

Thanks

I thought it had something to do with the lube and getting your skin condition to vacuum hanging, you have to spend a lot of time at the lower weights, you really have to take your time. Is what I noticed when I was using a vacuum hanger.

maybe..i am currently using the MVII more of an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] type hanger - I use the BIB for going heavy. I am trying to find the physical component to the blisters - I notice a snug rubber fit around the head with a soft cotton like pad to absorb any fluid seems ideal...

but i dont know if it is because there is less air for the vaccum or absorption of fluid ... or both.

Well I was old skool Max vac, I did not use any pad or any of that stuff. Or I lie I did use the pad for a bit I think. Yeah I did the same combination too bib and max vax and also Manuel ehe.

The blister forms because the vacuum pressure pulls the lymph fluid to the surface of the skin through a weakened area of the dermis, but is then trapped by the tougher epidermis layer of skin. So it's probably the pressure what causes blisters.
