Hey i just noticed, When I stretch and u pull out the furthest, u can get the extra "stretch" by pulling and resting ur forearm on ur hip bone, then while stationary with ur dick pulled out, move ur hip back slowly, or move ur ass back while pulling. u can feel the extra stretch.

Indeed, using "simple" machines via the human body allows intensity beyond that of basic application.
 
For stretching to the side I use a reverse OK grip and anchor my hand to my hip/outside of thigh. Then I spread that leg as far as I can and plant it on the ground. You can also twist away from the side that you are stretching to make it more intense.
 
Well, you can always drape the penis over the wrist, as in an A-stretch. You can twist the penis around 1-2 times as in a bundle stretch. Read around on the forum for the 2 stretches I mentioned and you'll be on your way to being longer after your first session. Bundled A-stretches, now there's a great stretch.
 
Personally, i use the "OK" grip and simply while sitting, breath in tightly, pulling back the abdomen, this gives me that extra grip.
