piston vacuum stuck, anyway around this?

I haven't used this for about 4 days now (like I said in a previous post I got blisters on my first use) so today I decided to check the system again and I was shocked to find out that the piston valve seems stuck.

Is there a way around this?

Will it not turn in the opposite direction at all? You should have received a sachet of silicone gel, use that on the inside then turn the piston.

Not a clue how this could happen, never happened with mine.

Never happened with my unit either, even though I've had longer pauses from using the system.

As RED mentioned, the sachet is for lubricating those rings. Could be a humidity thing? Take your time, use gentle force.

Push your finger against part that moves and with the other hand twist the piston counter clockwise

I did this, also saw this instruction on the YouTube troubleshooting video, it still wouldn't move, when I turn the knob on the vacuum there's a clicking sound it makes

This happens. U sorta gotta push some force on it. The clicking is the threads from the Piston trying to catch the platform. Give it some muscle. It'll catch. Remember to turn knob counter clockwise when the SS is faced away from u

@Lightning and I will completely cover this if it can’t be repaired.

This is all covered in the first part of the user manual. If you over extract the piston, push it back in with force as you are turning the knob in the correct retracting direction.

It may take small pipe or blunt object if your finger isn't strong enough. The piston system is almost impossible to break, it just got over extracted.

The SiliStretcher you ordered may be too big for you. You only need a half turn on the vacuum knob to secure it.

I don't think so, it fits tight! Its just that whenever I add some weight, the side of the sleeves gets sucked in. @Lightning

Take a picture a DM me. It sounds like you may not be having your penis inside the vacuum cup.
Which sleeve are you using? The soft SiliSleeve2 or the DuroSleev?

The sleeves are good, just not great. Silicone isn't perfect though. You MUST follow proper care instructions.

There’s a section in the SiliStretcher section of the store that gives directions are keeping your sleeves in the best condition.
