Just wondering when its going to be up?

Just like the other Phases, I will take a few months to complete and get the Phase up. When I decide to do another Phase it is a process that entails development of exercises and routines but it also includes testing the routines, getting guys to test it, and than after I am satisfied with the results I will film the Phase and add it to the site.

I like to announce the Phase well in advance so guys know what is happening. I am leaving for Miami on Thursday for 10 days in which I will be working on Phase 7. Hopefully I will have more news over the next few days.

There is no PHASE 6 as I think the number 6 is a terrible thing. Phase 7 will be the next Phase and I am in the process of writing things now. I am scheduled to go to Miami this afternoon to dedicate 10 days to the project but the hurricanes might have something to say about it. No doubt but I am determined. I was supposed to be in Miami this past Friday but due to the hurricanes, I am stuck in Massachusetts, for now anyway. As soon as I get out there the development of the Phase will commence.
