I've been doing a lot of research and am wondering that after I achieve my desired goal of lengthand girth, will I have to do any more Penis Enlargement or can I stop altogether. If I do then the results aren't really permanent.

You'll have to 'cement your gains'. That means you'll need to continue doing Penis Enlargement in one form or another for X amount of time. I haven't reached my goals yet so I haven't looked into the specifics of cementing but do a search for that term and it should give you an idea. As with all things Penis Enlargement, it'll be different for everyone. But no, you shouldn't have to be doing Penis Enlargement for the rest of your life unless you just want to.

The most common view is that you should either slowly decrease you workout over a period of several months or keep going until you gain another half inch before you quit.

I usually suggest that a man go a half inch past his girth and length goal to ensure, if some part was not cemented, you will still fall into your desired goal. Once gains are made permanent they do not go away, they are there for life.

I think it's still important to excersice your penis, I completely understand not wanting to get any bigger after you hit your goal, but these exercises still help with blow flow and Erection quality. What good is a big dick if you can't use it to maximum potential?
