I now they exist but don't know their effectiveness. I believe it's not good. I believe the problem would be the seal. A regular pump you use your "fat pad" as the seal, but now you don't have that.

You are right. I don't see how it is going to work. I think I've seen something like that on LA pump site. But I don't think it will work.

I'm trying to recall if Redzulu created any girth exercise for the glans. There is one of his exercises call Boa Constrictor. If I recall correctly, it was meant to work on the glans.

But when Redzulu shared his 7 inches girth meansurement pics on the forum, there wasn't a large difference in his glans when compared to the whole shaft.

I doubt there will ever be a way to enlarge the glans separately.

I never knew women could tighten their private if they lift weight.

Actually, the chambers used in the silistretcher will expand the glans only. During sessions I could fill up the 2inch chamber. I cannot say that it offers long term increase. Same principles as using the pump for the shaft without doing srt.

Consuming cholesterol isn't necessary for the production of testosterone as your liver synthesises all the cholestrol you need, if you eat more it will produce less, if you eat less it will produce more.

And you are correct about the busted myth of cholesterol, consuming it does not raise your cholesterol.

Could it be because of my diet? I eat fruits in the morning and then, once I'm back from gym in the evening, I eat rice and 7 eggs.

Are you only eating 7 eggs a day with rice?
If so you need to eat more.
Thats only about a 600 calories meal if it's 7 eggs with a cup of rice
You should be eating a minimum of 2100 a day as a grown man that's active

I also supplement because I know I do not get all the nutrients with my diet. My diet isnot perfect. I eat once per day or twice. Food is expensive so I try to maximize it.

When you say 7+7 eggs, you mean 14 eggs daily right? When you say you supplement, it means you are taking supplement that has the other nutrients your body needs, correct?

Yes. Try to eat 14 eggs per day. Maybe it's excessive don't know. And around 1 kg (not exactly 1 kg) meat with vegetables and tubers. I'm mostly eating to little I believe. But something I do right. I have kept muscle mass even when I do not work out that much...also my penis grows like crazy. I believe animal protein is important for our body.

I have even been able to keep the muscle mass even with not so excessive weight lifting schedule (almost nothing). I was strong as an ox last time...even when it was a couple of weeks since last time.
 
I put fat in coffee in the morning...most days Cold-pressed coconut oil (Vergin & Organic) in order to have some access fat to drive my body. I do not get as hungry then. You can put it in tea as well.

And your body is able to utilize it more when it comes from the real thing instead of vitamins

I know how hard it is to balance a diet, and get it to work, especially if we want to limit the budget then it's really tricky. When I first started my 20:4 diet, I thought I would not be able to handle it. But it worked out just fine.
