I'm trying to recall if Redzulu created any girth exercise for the glans. There is one of his exercises call Boa Constrictor. If I recall correctly, it was meant to work on the glans.
But when Redzulu shared his 7 inches girth meansurement pics on the forum, there wasn't a large difference in his glans when compared to the whole shaft.
I doubt there will ever be a way to enlarge the glans separately.

Cholesterol is a precursor to steroid hormones in your body like testosterone, but cholesterol is made in the liver out of the macronutrients in the food you consume and comes from your dietary intake of cholesterol. The liver manufactures 1000mg of cholesterol per day, however if you consume cholesterol in you diet then it will produce less and vice versa.

Can be. It does not include so much.Could it be because of my diet? I eat fruits in the morning and then, once I'm back from gym in the evening, I eat rice and 7 eggs.

For reference I eat 16 Oz of ground beef daily.
10 eggs
2 cups of raw milk
About a 1/2 cup of raw cheese
2 scoops of protein powder (whole food protein) for quick meal
Then I have a bunch of fruit added in as well.
Watermelon, bananas, figs, dates, pineapple, etc.
And honey!
Love some honey with banana as a pre-workout meal
