Hi PE world again, sorry for not giving much news lately I've had a lot going on throught my life and it's still ongoing
But do not fear as it doesn't stop me for doing my daily PE workout wich is the most important
I'll post what I've been doing later cause it's just the same thing over and over so I'll resume it when I'll measure again in december at the end of the month, It will be one year at that time that I'm on this forum and coun't to stay on it

As far is medium and intense settings you need to go by your own body‘s reaction. Intense to me would be stretching beyond my erect length to my flaccid stretched length. Medium or passive intensity would be holding me out about my erect size.
It's not even that tight cause the size up is doing just fine but doesn't really maintain the "inflateted" state so is almost useless@FireBoner could definitely be the case! The anatomy of veins is different from person to person. There are also some people in the adult entertainment-industry with such big dorsal veins as you stated, some even bigger. So it's normal
And if they are on the side and you put a very tight and big cockring on, it could cause this problem. I'd use less tight ones or some which aren't that big and more thin. There's a reason why cockings also have sizes LOL hope that helps a little bit bro!
