Penis enlargement question(s) ? I'll post whatever I won't seem to find

Oh I see but if you get the extrem first don't you have to just build up the pressure you can endure with time ?

The handball is just more convenient for those who are in very handy like myself LOL the handball is very intense but an extreme is quite a bit more than ghe standard Bathmate. If you have a lot of money does for the extreme but if you’re on a tight budget create a wine vac. The wine vac is much more powerful than the handball, But you’ll never use all the power
 
I made lazy ass stretches to be used as a way to increase your flaccid penis length. There’s not enough intensity in the lazy ass stretch to cause gains but there is enough intensity to heal gains and to increase flaccid length. Before there was extenders and the like I did lazy ass stretches whenever I was not doing anything else. I will get about eight hours in a day.

I really like these. I use it all the time. I’ll stretch for 10-20 minutes, relax, replenish blood flow, then LAS for another 10 min. Replenish blood flow again. Rinse and repeat.

I also utilize it at night in bed. Stretch and secure for a couple of min., letting the tissue get warm and stretchier, then repeat a time or two.

The flaccid in the morning is great. Sometimes I’ll toss in a morning pump, or usually throw in a morning CR seesh while I get ready for my day (20-30 min). Whole package or cock only, but sometimes both.

I have also been toying around with an all day CR regimen over an hair tie wrap. Fun stuff.
 
Shouldn't I do one day 2 workout of the same type like for exemple :

Monday : morning girth

afternoon girth
Then tuesday : morning stretches

afternoon streches
Would it be better to optimise gains ?
 
Some people do vary with girth and length oriented exercises between days.
Anyhow, with many exercises you are training both aspects anyway.

If you are having a good routine, I suggest sticking with it for a good time!
I go through the SRT often, it gives the best guidance! :)
Surely @DLD or some other veteran has a better view, I'm still learning. ;) It never ends.

So I was thinking to do both separatly day by day
 
Mike (DLD) seemed to think that training for girth in the AM when your energy is high and your johnson is rarin' to go and then train for length (stretching) in the evening when you're more fatigued and less likely able to resist the pulling forces.
Hope that makes sense
 
I'm starting to notice some little "bump" under the skin on my dick I suppose it is nothing that I should be concerned with ? (not thrombosis cause it's not a vein)

You could apply warm compress to try "dissolve" the bump out. It is best to try to leave it alone, as much as possible. Supplementing with Zinc can clear out many skin issues ...

No problem, I'm just lucky to have remembered this phenomenon. The ribs can be quite striking visually and even provide certain sensation to the receiver. :P

Am I the only one that since I started to do PE I recently get some erections at night sometimes so hard it hurt quite a bit, enough to wake me up ?
 
In the beginning of PE there’s going to be soreness and changes in how your penis feels. This is completely normal because you’ve never exercised your penis before this time and as it gets bigger you will feel differently down there. So expect to see changes as you grow in size. Soreness usually lasts for about two months until it goes away. It eventually will come back with more intense exercise or new tools but again that will fade also. You can choose to work through the soreness we can choose to take a break, I always work through it but that’s personal to me. Do what you think is best
 
Has anyone find an alternative for the Vlc/Tlc to fix the little piece of the vacuun vin for the bathmate ? Because the shipment is way too long and pricey for me... (beetween 1-4 weeks? for 18$, I can't be patient for this price)

It be great if it is not something in the U.S.A. 'cause I'm living in europe...

Yes, it can fill the space and you won't have to modify your unit that much. Removing the valve assembly is a possibility and people have done it. (Myself included!) But this ring solution does work and those kind of rings are pretty easy to find, I'm also in Europe and no problem!

I didn't know we could remove the valve assembly, so if you do remove it is it possible to put it back ? And if so is it easy also does it make the bathmate loose some power afterward?

And yup I remember reading somewhere that your from Island ?

Yes, it can be removed for cleaning and then attached again. DLD linked a cleaning video a while back, but overall the ring solution is quite fine. Loss of power is usually about some build up and that's why rinsing your BM clean after use is important.

Yup ! Thanks, anyway that will be a great plus to clean it up because water where i live is really calcareous so I'm already seing some whites spots within the valve

Wow that is terrible! But now you have the instructions on how to do it so it should be pretty simple.
 
Apple Cider Vinegar or vinegar overall is a good cleaner for those white spots by the way! Happy gaining and no worries! :)

That’s the way I planned it from the beginning, I wanted this to be a family, a brotherhood instead of some regular PE forum where no one really cares about one other. MOS Is special and that’s why it’s so hard for people to leave. And now with things popping off the way they are there’s no better place to be.

I can't remember if it was 2 or 3, maybe both are true I don't know anymore...

By seeing everywhere that I should go with length first.
I've decided to try to do at least two full workouts of the basics ones(stretches)

In the beginning my first six months I did my routine 2 to 3 times a day. It was mostly three times a day but occasionally it would be two. I did all the basic newbie stretches but I also did DLD blasters and I also used the original power assist. In my mind the more stretching the better as I felt that the more fatigued my penis became the more length I could gain. This theory eventually made it to my original thread on pyramid hanging back in 2003. So as far as length goes I suggest getting as much in as possible. If you have the time I would go for the DLD Triangle Pyramid Hanging/Stretching.

But I never skip at least 3 min of bundled stretch before my exercices

I'll see if Time to time I could do 3 workouts of stretches a day, And to create a kind of power assist with some junk I've got (xd)

All we can expect us to do our best and if we do our best we will see good results. If it’s the length that you’re after I would blow off girth work and just go head strong into length gaining. Two hours a day given to length will bring gains very quickly.

For now I like to keep a minimum of girth work with the bathmate and sometimes with jelqs also
But if in 2 Months results dont satisfy me I'll go full length for a while

Whatever you do let us know so we can help you through it. Two months is a good amount of time to test and things aren’t panning out let’s switch into a different routine.
 
I'll soon order the mytivac kit but I hesitate a lot beetween the 2.25" and 2.5" width wise

If your current erect girth is 5.3" (as noted in your signature), your erect penis girth translates to a 1.7" diameter. You want a 2" diameter MityVac. You don't want to go much more than .25" in cylinder size above the erect girth or you wont see the proper girth gains. Once you naturally fill the 2" diameter cylinder, upgrade to the 2.25" diameter. Don't jump two-three sizes above your erect girth in the beginning as this will prolong your gains and deform your penis over time.

I asked this because when I get out of the BM I'm around 2.5" width wise so I thougth I migth be doing it all wrong, Wich it seem's I did

It look's a lot more clear why I made so poor gains even with great intensity
