What is Mega Jelqs ? Is it a normal jelq but with all five fingers ?

I have never heard of mega jelq, the most powerful jelq is the SlowSquashJelq. I suggest you check them out in the SRT thread their part of the routine that is called the 5×5×3 or the Bathmate/SSJ. You do not need to have a bathmate but if you decide to add it and you will find the directions in SRT. Let me know how much expansion you’re seeing, I’m sure you will be very pleased. Perhaps somebody can post directions to the exercise you were referring to.

I've seen Mjelqs in an old routines from someone who gained 2inch in length in 33 weeks . It's a routine from 2009 I believe and the guy really post everything he has done every week and his progress and even shown pictures proof

Getting to inches and 33 weeks for about nine months is very doable. I gained 2 inches and 24 weeks or six months. So it definitely can be done using the right technique’s. Its likely someone renaming an already existing exercise.

SSJs are the most powerful way to jelq, and they are easy to do.

I agree I was just waiting for a description. You remember when things went south and Thunders stole all of our exercises and renamed them? So this is probably an exercise that we created the somebody renamed. Bastards, at least give us the credit!

Oh...yeah I think it could be that I'm looking forward to include SSJ, but should I wait 1 or 2 week before doing them . Like that I'd be used to my 600 jelqs before ? Or can I already include some to learn the exercice ?
 
You don’t have to wait you can get right into SSJ. I personally think the jelq exercises foundational it best making quick but limited gains. But once these games stop coming you will need to move into a more intense workout. The SSJ is the most powerful girth exercise and the only thing that makes it better is adding a Bathmate into the mix Allowing you to do the SRT 5×5×3 workout. The 5×5×3 packs on girth so quickly. So if I was you I would get into the SSJ immediately and consider picking up a bathmate when you can.
 
I say That because I only have 1 month and 1 week of PE Behind me and I really don't want to go too fast and hurting my one and only dick by being too greedy

Wearing a cock ring to bed it’s something I have never advocated for as I have never done it and wearing a cock ring can mean very different things to different people as far as how tight the ting should be. My suggestion is to wear to bed and set an alarm every three hours to make sure things are good and if you can make it through the night without issues then you can stop using the alarm.

I’m glad you’re starting the routine and if you need any help or you’re confused with anything please just come back and ask as it’s better to do things the right way then to guess. I look forward to your gains and working with you.

I tried this night but with my sleeps issues I decided to remove it after 3 hours of trying to sleep without success...

A reason was I started to get a "burning" like feeling where the cockring was, wich didn't help me falling asleep, it didn't cause me pain so I just ignore it but after 3 hours the first alarm rang but I wasn't even sleeping and it was at that moment I decided to just remove it to put all the chances on my side (to finally fall asleep) and I think after that decision I slept after only 20 minutes...
I'll try again later, I'm not giving up !

And another question would be : how do I mesure my penis ? Because he his bend upward, not a lot but also not a little.
Should I mesure beneath it wich is the longest part or above wich is the shortest or even trying to follow the curve to the side ?

So have you set alarms to be safe and I thank you for experimenting with us, this is the kind of data we need from people who are willing to risk for the rest of the group.

As far as stretch marks go simply use hydrocortisone cream and that will keep them at bay. It will also deal with every other skin issue possible.

Anyone who has a curved penis should measure the curve also in the way you do this is by using Taylor’s tape. A stiff ruler will never give you the right measurement because of the curve. With the curve you’re going to lose anywhere from half inch to an inch if you do not include the curve. So get the measuring tape so you can measure the curve as part of your total length.
 
I would really hold night time for sleep and resting. I've tried some night time stuff but honestly, it's best to sleep well and let your body restore. Cockrings especially are a bad idea to wear to be in my opinion. I like cockrings, but only when I'm awake and able to monitor any chance in color or temperature.

Stretch marks will happen, more or less, with any PE protocol. Hydrocortisone 1% can help or Shea Butter. But some marks can come and those should be treasured, as they're usually a sign of gains!

The tailor's tape is a good idea for measuring curved penis. There are some bendy plastic rulers as well, but with most rulers that are for school use or artistic matters, the zero point isn't right at the base. That's why I got myself a metal ruler a while ago. (Have to be careful with it, remembering what happened to @DLD :D )

Remember @FireBoner , PE is more of an marathon than a speed sprint. You can always add intensity and break plateaus that way, but going too hard in the beginning can hinder the gaining process.
So while training and gaining is fantastic, remember patience and discipline! ?

I think the same for the night I just wanted to see if I could handle it but nope...
And I'm trying my best for PE that's why I may look like someone who tries too much to speed up things(wich may be the case in a certain extend)

I didn't miss any day of workout I want those result too bad, I already know the discipline that takes things to progress (1,5 years of working out at the GYM and gained 22 kg of almost only muscle(flex) with a bit of fat ) it's just when I start something to make myself better I just can't do it without being 100% in it...And I think people in this forum can relate to my state of mind

as long as you heed the warning signs of over-doing it, I'm all for max intensity. The penis is an extremely resilient apparatus (thanks Mother Nature), just know your limit(s)...although exceeding them can provide results too. PE is part alchemy, part anecdote, and part science...it's finding that recipe that works best with your personal chemistry :)

You cement over time but that’s kind of changed since SRT came out. We used to live by the rule of going a half inch over our goal so we would settle into our goal size if we lost some temporary gains but today there are smarter and faster ways to cement size. In SRT you’ll read about healing techniques and this is where cementing has gone. After length work we use an extender to keep ourselves elongated so we heal in that position. Similarly, in girth work, we use a cock ring after training to keep as much expansion as long as possible to heal in that position. These techniques do not require you to go a half inch past your goal size as you’ll be actively healing as your gain using the SRT methods.

I have a rather upward(and desired) curve so I have always used a tailor's tape to measure length. It's also the absolute best way to measure girth. My main challenge comes when getting the best bone pressed starting point with a non-rigid tape. So I will tale a solid wood ruler and press the tape+ruler to the "bone" an then remove the wood ruler and extend the tape along the curve for measurement.

The key is to use the SAME METHOD each and every time you measure.

And take pictures - you'll be happy you did.

In the beginning I would measure every week out of newbie excitement - now I measure at 3 month intervals.

I'm gonna say yes since when I started to use them I feel like the gains shows a bit more(mostly in flacid) but it's a little bit soon to really say if it made a big change

We'll see it the 24/01/2019 when i'll take mesurement

There are hanging experts here, I view it as length gaining method mainly, definitely not for newbies from my point of view. I let the experts say more about this.

Ball stretching is more of a niche thing. I'd say testicle health massage is more than enough. :)
Ball stretching can help with lower hang of the testicles if one aims for that.
There a possibility of using ball stretch rings while using the Bathmate to keep your balls out of the cylinder, therefore possibly minimizing "turkey necking."
Apart from that I see it more as an niche / fetish thing, which might or might not contribute to overall penile health.

I made lazy ass stretches to be used as a way to increase your flaccid penis length. There’s not enough intensity in the lazy ass stretch to cause gains but there is enough intensity to heal gains and to increase flaccid length. Before there was extenders and the like I did lazy ass stretches whenever I was not doing anything else. I will get about eight hours in a day.

No problem! Lazy ass stretches are still one of my favorite stretches to increase flaccid size. It is just been along time since anyone has asked about lazy ass stretches.
 
I'm thinking about making a thread for french speaking people who eventually could enter in this forum but have a hard time understanding what and how to do some exercices ?
Because myself as a french speaking person have to admit that to start my real PE journey I had gone some hard time translate or simply understanding any given instructions .

Not to mention all the bullshit I've seen during 2 years of research if PE was possible(until of course I miraculously find this forum by a thread I found on another forum titled "how a friend of mine accidentally made his penis bigger")

Well well well in the end I'm just asking if I should do it or not ? (create the thread where of course I'll eventually help in french if any french people pass by, not translating everything because I don't have the time and do not want to be turn into a "slave traducing machine" but just like a little help )
 
We had a Italian, Spanish, German and I believe French but I can’t be sure. Lightning would know best. I know the German forum is still available. But for some reason the German form never made the cut on this new platform. I think Google translate has gotten so good that English is fine for everyone.

I learned to read quick a long time ago, helps a lot with forum activities. ;) Writing is a bit slower, but I do pick a certain pace at times.
 
I have a question about bathmate (I don't have one...for now I'm just gathering informations) :

Is there a true difference between the Hydro model and the extrem except the whole packaging coming with the extrem one and the handball to gain pressure ?

But really, the ball is so much more intuitive to use, in my experience.

The gaiters and cylinders are the same to my understanding between models. I am not 100% sure about the valves between the models, there could be some difference. I had an old Hercules, now "buried" already and after that Extreme model, so I don't personally know about the possible valve differencies.

It somewhat of a luxury to use the hand ball compared to a Vacu-Vin mod. The modification is a makeshift thing and lots of guys had issues setting the thing up. I recall the question of how to set it up rose quite often sometime ago, but now it seems many have learned. :)

So, with the regular model you'll get to a certain pressure / threshold. The Extreme goes quite a lot further.
I've seen the recommendation of getting the normal model and the mod if you're tight on money.
But if you can spend the money, then why not go for the Extreme! Extreme model isn't actually from my viewpoint the best one to get if one is starting his PE routines.
The temptation to use the hand ball and go for extreme pressures is high and it's best to take it somewhat "easy" in the beginning. From my viewpoint, that is! ;)

Unlearn Everything you have learned from lot. Lot is just a lot of bullshit that will hold you down and psychologically keep you from making gains. Ignore the theory it is debunked.

Oh, for sure you can use the pump without the hand ball and that way get accustomed.

Even when I've had a set routine and daily workouts (as in very consistent, now I have been lacking, but looking to rise up this year!), I did "bite" too hard few times ...

I think even for beginners the 5x5x3 program is suitable. It's funny in a way, as the manual states of 15 minutes pumping time to be the exercise. Works for some, for sure, but I think 15 minutes as a beginner (or even as veteran) can produce a lot of fluid retention.
I surely remember my first time, years ago. It was an awesome feeling, but over the years I've learned to gain better without fluid retention. My first time I surely did come out of the pump very plump, with a doughnut head too. :D
