What is Mega Jelqs ? Is it a normal jelq but with all five fingers ?
I've seen Mjelqs in an old routines from someone who gained 2inch in length in 33 weeks . It's a routine from 2009 I believe and the guy really post everything he has done every week and his progress and even shown pictures proofI have never heard of mega jelq, the most powerful jelq is the SlowSquashJelq. I suggest you check them out in the SRT thread their part of the routine that is called the 5×5×3 or the Bathmate/SSJ. You do not need to have a bathmate but if you decide to add it and you will find the directions in SRT. Let me know how much expansion you’re seeing, I’m sure you will be very pleased. Perhaps somebody can post directions to the exercise you were referring to.
Its likely someone renaming an already existing exercise.
SSJs are the most powerful way to jelq, and they are easy to do.
I would love to see this if you could take a screenshot and post it. I would love it if we can get directions to the actual exercise. Getting to inches and 33 weeks for about nine months is very doable. I gained 2 inches and 24 weeks or six months. So it definitely can be done using the right technique’s. So if you can get the directions on this exercise so we can I’ll check it out.
Oh...yeah I think it could be that I'm looking forward to include SSJ, but should I wait 1 or 2 week before doing them . Like that I'd be used to my 600 jelqs before ? Or can I already include some to learn the exercice ?I agree I was just waiting for a description. You remember when things went south and Thunders stole all of our exercises and renamed them? So this is probably an exercise that we created the somebody renamed. Bastards, at least give us the credit!
Thanks for the instant answer BTWYou don’t have to wait you can get right into SSJ. I personally think the jelq exercises foundational it best making quick but limited gains. But once these games stop coming you will need to move into a more intense workout. The SSJ is the most powerful girth exercise and the only thing that makes it better is adding a Bathmate into the mix Allowing you to do the SRT 5×5×3 workout. The 5×5×3 packs on girth so quickly. So if I was you I would get into the SSJ immediately and consider picking up a bathmate when you can.
Another question of mine would be : should I keep the cockring on all night if it doesn't bother me(if I feel confortable enough) ? Or could it cause some sort of unwanted side-effects ?
I tried this night but with my sleeps issues I decided to remove it after 3 hours of trying to sleep without success...Wearing a cock ring to bed it’s something I have never advocated for as I have never done it and wearing a cock ring can mean very different things to different people as far as how tight the ting should be. My suggestion is to wear to bed and set an alarm every three hours to make sure things are good and if you can make it through the night without issues then you can stop using the alarm.

A reason was I started to get a "burning" like feeling where the cockring was, wich didn't help me falling asleep, it didn't cause me pain so I just ignore it but after 3 hours the first alarm rang but I wasn't even sleeping and it was at that moment I decided to just remove it to put all the chances on my side (to finally fall asleep) and I think after that decision I slept after only 20 minutes...Wow, I am sorry my Brother I wish it would have worked. What problems were you having that you needed to stop?

And another question would be : how do I mesure my penis ? Because he his bend upward, not a lot but also not a little.
Should I mesure beneath it wich is the longest part or above wich is the shortest or even trying to follow the curve to the side ?
I think the same for the night I just wanted to see if I could handle it but nope...I would really hold night time for sleep and resting. I've tried some night time stuff but honestly, it's best to sleep well and let your body restore. Cockrings especially are a bad idea to wear to be in my opinion. I like cockrings, but only when I'm awake and able to monitor any chance in color or temperature.
Stretch marks will happen, more or less, with any PE protocol. Hydrocortisone 1% can help or Shea Butter. But some marks can come and those should be treasured, as they're usually a sign of gains!

There are some bendy plastic rulers as well, but with most rulers that are for school use or artistic matters, the zero point isn't right at the base. That's why I got myself a metal ruler a while ago. (Have to be careful with it, remembering what happened to @DLD )
Remember @FireBoner , PE is more of an marathon than a speed sprint. You can always add intensity and break plateaus that way, but going too hard in the beginning can hinder the gaining process.
So while training and gaining is fantastic, remember patience and discipline! ?

Is gaining in flacid cimmenting gains ? Or do you just cimmenting it with time ?
Oh ! that's perfect since I started using those healing methods already last week !You cement over time but that’s kind of changed since SRT came out. We used to live by the rule of going a half inch over our goal so we would settle into our goal size if we lost some temporary gains but today there are smarter and faster ways to cement size. In SRT you’ll read about healing techniques and this is where cementing has gone. After length work we use an extender to keep ourselves elongated so we heal in that position. Similarly, in girth work, we use a cock ring after training to keep as much expansion as long as possible to heal in that position. These techniques do not require you to go a half inch past your goal size as you’ll be actively healing as your gain using the SRT methods.
I have a rather upward(and desired) curve so I have always used a tailor's tape to measure length. It's also the absolute best way to measure girth. My main challenge comes when getting the best bone pressed starting point with a non-rigid tape. So I will tale a solid wood ruler and press the tape+ruler to the "bone" an then remove the wood ruler and extend the tape along the curve for measurement.The tailor's tape is a good idea for measuring curved penis.

There’s not enough intensity in the lazy ass stretch to cause gains but there is enough intensity to heal gains and to increase flaccid length. Before there was extenders and the like I did lazy ass stretches whenever I was not doing anything else. I will get about eight hours in a day.

But really, the ball is so much more intuitive to use, in my experience.
The gaiters and cylinders are the same to my understanding between models. I am not 100% sure about the valves between the models, there could be some difference. I had an old Hercules, now "buried" already and after that Extreme model, so I don't personally know about the possible valve differencies.
It somewhat of a luxury to use the hand ball compared to a Vacu-Vin mod. The modification is a makeshift thing and lots of guys had issues setting the thing up. I recall the question of how to set it up rose quite often sometime ago, but now it seems many have learned.
So, with the regular model you'll get to a certain pressure / threshold. The Extreme goes quite a lot further.
I've seen the recommendation of getting the normal model and the mod if you're tight on money.
But if you can spend the money, then why not go for the Extreme! Extreme model isn't actually from my viewpoint the best one to get if one is starting his PE routines.
The temptation to use the hand ball and go for extreme pressures is high and it's best to take it somewhat "easy" in the beginning. From my viewpoint, that is!
