PE without equipments

Has anybody tried PE without equipments......
I have been doing PE(without equipment) since November and I have only gained so little......
Is PE really possible without equipments?

I am sharing my current routine
Feel free to advice some changes.....

Stretch Day:

Phase 1:

DLD A stretches
DLD Bundled Blasters

At this stage my penis is malleable and soft

Phase 2:

Basic Stretching in all directions
Rotary Stretches
Bundled Semi Erect Stretches
Dual Fulcrum
Erect Stretches
DLD Clock bends

Jelqing Day:

Basic Jelqing(upward and downward direction)
Slow Squash Jelq
Compression Squeezes
Clamping with one hand and pushing the penis in downwards direction

Any advice would be appreciated:)

Yes & Yes, but in the modern era men want it quicker, so equipment enables us to do things we couldn't in the past, and with more effectiveness.

Doing it all by hands is possible, this was what DLD himself did for most of his gains

please get PE equipment. Don't let time pass you by with extremely little gains to show for all your efforts. At least get the length master.
 
I have always feared the length master... At first, it looks like a torture device... but I'm seriously considering it. Is it really safe? Is there beginner routines to start with when you get it?

It may look like a torture device to some people but it is truly the most powerful way to stretch. There is nothing that can compare to this type of stretching so I encourage you to pick one up as it will make your gaining in process so much faster.

Believe it or not there was a time when there was no PE equipment aside from cheap air pumps. I made a 2 inch gain in length and a half inch gain and girth in my first six months. I accomplish this by using the newbie routine which I would do 2 to 3 times a day. While I was not training I would be wearing ace ace bandage to heal or I would heal doing lazy ass stretches. Over these first six months I invented many exercises including DLD blasters. After my first six months I started to include what would be called the Lengthmaster . I learned all about the fulcrum stretching and I built upon the platform to what it is today. So much of my tool work was done with the Lengthmaster. The final 2 inches I gained and length and a one and three-quarter inches I gained in girth I made using what is known as SRT today.

The only reason I am not getting any equipment is because I have privacy issues in my house.....
I am always surrounded by family members.....
I also have very little time for PE.....
I think this is one of the reasons I haven't seen any gains......?

First post of the thread explains it, last post I incl a link to a video from the old MOS site where you can see it being performed.

Do just that exercise for 5 minutes each day to start with, but aiming for 30 minutes daily.

You’re going to have a blast I’m so glad you took my advice and got yourself a Lengthmaster. This is going to change everything that you’re doing, it’s going to bring so much intensity and creativity to your workouts.
 
I'd like to try exercising without equipment for a while ... just girth of course. I'll start tomorrow with basic jelqing & ssj and see how it goes.

Definitely. It’s always best to start with a newbie routine to see how far you can get without tools. At some point you’ll need tools but in the beginning you can make some great gains with your hands alone.

Been doing without anything but an occasional pump session. I am also limited on privacy. I've picked up 2 inches in a little over a year with just my hands. I am however a skilled tradesman and have gorilla strength in my hands and fore arms..I have been riding out the newbie routine this whole time. I am looking forward to a length master one day soon.

You made so much gains with your bare hands. Get a length master as soon as possible.

Looks like I made a problem. A bruise appeared on my glans. And just below the glans I have the same bruise. Could it be something serious? What should I do? And I'll lose the results too ... Noooo!

Bacitracin, Works wonders on blisters & bruises.

By the way, the bruise has a reddish like appearance or more like a purple tone?

I stopped working on the pump. I continued to do only the manual and again the same reaction. It's purple. I can't buy Bacitracin. I'm not from America and I don't have a bank account: /

Stay away from pumping until the bruise goes away. When you start pumping again let me know and I’ll give you a routine that will not cause this to happen again.

Can I wear an extension, will it interfere with my recovery? Until I recover and get back to the girth routine? Or not training at all?

yes you can do any flaccid work you want just avoid erect work until the bruise yellows. You can also continue to train your pelvic floor muscles and do the testicle Health massage and stretch

I don't think it's a bruise after all. I think the blue dot on the glans is a vein. And when I squeeze ssj that point becomes more pronounced. I don't know if I'm right and what to do? : / I want more gains in girth, why did it have to show up right now ?! Damn
 
PE without equipment is what I did and I made incredible growth without any equipment but the lengthmaster. I made all of my gains manually and using the Lengthmaster. I had better growth than anybody in the world and it was proven by many magazines in television documentaries and shows.

If you want a completely manual work out come to me and I will create one for you. It’s always best to use a combination of equipment and exercise but some people just can’t afford equipment. In those cases come to me and I will create a very creative routine that you can follow.

I've always wanted to verify this with you. Many guys measure 8 and 9 inches with small balls. Does this mean they haven't been doing the scrotum stretch? I mean is it natural for someone to have a long girthy penis with shrunken small scrotum? also can someone be average size length with massive balls?

I spoke to a urologist about jelqing--he didn't believe manual penis enlargement was possible. undeterred, I started experimenting three months ago. it turns out I have made very real and noticeable gains. this post will understandably be dismissed by skeptics (i was skeptical, too), but if I can help even one guy become more confident, I am happy.

Well it started out with lubed jelqing and basic stretches. That was for about 2 months, and I didn't see serious gains, but I noticed that throughout the day my penis would just feel bigger. After two months of doing those once a day every other day, I began to incorporate other exercises at random. They included: horse squeeze, uli, twist stretch and others.

One thing I did every day and continue to do every day is the kegel, and that actually helped increase the size of the large vessel running on the underside of my penis.

For lasting longer in bed, I learned about the reverse kegel, and started hitting the gym and doing ab exercises. Also, edging. These two combined make me last on average about 40 minutes in bed.
 
PE without equipment is possible but you will need to have the hands of a gorilla for firm grip of the penis. A lot of people have made gains in PE with their bare hands. But if you have a soft hand, get a length master for length execises.
