I have been on my new routine for a couple weeks now and was wondering what the consensus is on this. Would it be more beneficial to do all exercises at a set time everyday or would it be better to spread it out over the day? I used to just do my routines at night, but lately have been doing parts of it during the day at lunchtime. I usually either do some stretching or jelqing for 30 minutes or so at lunch, and then do the rest of my routine at night (hanging, or clamping, etc). Is this beneficial at all or am I shooting myself in the foot? How much rest time is actually needed between routines? Will I hinder my gains doing this or help them? I figured this would be a good idea as dld is about the biggest guy on here and I remember reading about him doing exercises or some stretching pretty much all day everyday. So this got me to thinking that more may be better. Let me know your thoughts on this please.
