Over-working?

I have been following Phase II for two weeks now, but it seems as though my penis were tired from the exercise. I don't know if this is normal since it seems harder to stay erect, despite doing kegels every day. Would it be that I need some days off or keep on doing this until I get it used to it?

My advice is to keep on going until you become used to it. IMO, t days a week is the best way to gain. The only reason I would not train 7 days on is if I had an injury or I was in pain.
