Just watched the video very impressive!
So basically the more work added on eventually toughens up the penile tissue making it harder to gain. Some need to take a 6 month decon break before returning to PE from all of the stress of over work.
6 months of stretching only and 6 months of pumping sounds beneficial as well.
From the video the reason some guys don’t gain is because parasympathetic VS sympathetic state. If you body and mind is relaxed from my understanding the penis will be easier to stretch and make gains.
I think this is where the MOS-RED comes in to play relaxing the tissue and collagen. Hot bath and etc..
I got this : ) We need to increase the intensity as we progress slowly over time not all at once which I see more often on here.
I might start meditating before my session. I’m still a little confused on too much fatigue maybe
@MosMaster could elaborate for a newbie as myself? I understand there is such thing as too much.
Do you also measure stretched flaccid before and after?
