Just watched the video very impressive!

So basically the more work added on eventually toughens up the penile tissue making it harder to gain. Some need to take a 6 month decon break before returning to PE from all of the stress of over work.

6 months of stretching only and 6 months of pumping sounds beneficial as well.

From the video the reason some guys don’t gain is because parasympathetic VS sympathetic state. If you body and mind is relaxed from my understanding the penis will be easier to stretch and make gains.

I think this is where the MOS-RED comes in to play relaxing the tissue and collagen. Hot bath and etc..

I got this : ) We need to increase the intensity as we progress slowly over time not all at once which I see more often on here.

I might start meditating before my session. I’m still a little confused on too much fatigue maybe @MosMaster could elaborate for a newbie as myself? I understand there is such thing as too much.


Do you also measure stretched flaccid before and after?

Please do yourself a favour and start meditating, it’s scientifically proven to relax your body and mind and boosting Growth Hormone production which should promote even more penis growth.

Personally I meditate for at least 30 mins a day, most days about 1 hour though you can reap the benefits of meditation with only 20 mins per day.

I noticed a big boost after 5 hrs of healing and masturbation. I simply feel big, but still feel insecure a little.
You will work through that doubt. You're having about your size. As you realize, you can get as big as you want to get. It just takes dedication and work plus plus using the best workout which is SRT
 
I had to postpone today routine due to not having the right wrap for LM. Unfortunately I bought a 12 pack of adhesive tape from Amazon and the tape is too thin.

I have to go academy tomorrow to purchase the right tape. Ugh 😩

So I took yesterday off from training. Today I resumed my normal routine.

My penis feels very sore when stretching.

It’s also very possible my penis is fatigued from edging yesterday.
