1. 15 MINUTE WARM UP MOS-RED
2. 3 MINUTE BALL & LIG STRETCHES
3. 30 MINUTE BUNDLES BTC LENGTHMASTER
4. ALL DAY PENIS WRAP
5. 15 MINUTE WARM DOWN MOS-RED

Additional Ball & Lig Stretches throughout the day.

NOTE:
I wonder if I should start training every other day instead of 3 days on and 1 day off protocol 🤔

I mean I been getting a better stretch compared to 3 days of training.

Update: It’s been 15 days of PE and non-stop stretching.

not sure every other day is enough. Stick with 3 on 1 off.
Even then your stretching schedule should be based on your level of intensity and fatigue, it’s not one size fits all.

I think it’s important that brothers remember you implemented your 3 on 1 off because your level of intensity was of the chart.

It worry’s me that brother implement it based on your routine not on your level of fatigue?
Listen to @TWIST&PULL everyone, this is the accurate conclusion.

Rest days are only implemented in a strategic way, and are based on the intensity you have. If your intensity is to low, you don't need rest days.

For example, when I was stretching with my hands I was stretching every day, becouse I needed that to promote growth. But with LengthMaster 3...it's a different story. The intensity are limitless with that device.

I would only implement those days off if you need them (to sore to stretch)
 
Hey guys, I have two different measurements I have been measuring at 6 and quarter inches BPEL, but if I press the ruler really hard in my pubic bone I’m close to 6 and half inches.

I’m almost stabbing myself to reach 6 and half inches BPEL.

How hard should I be placing the ruler in my pubic bone when measuring?

What measurement is correct

I always measure standing up and never any other position.

Update: I also noticed increase in my flaccid stretch 7” bpfs

Wonderful news!!!
As long as you are measuring the same way every time you are good. This is only possible if you push your ruler hard all the way into the Pubis. You want to negate the "fat pad" when you are measuring (measuring from the Pubis/Pubic Bone).
If you have a straight penis instead of a banana penis like me 🙂, I can imagine it being so easy to measure.

Don't overcomplicate something, that do not need to be complicated.

I’m going to remeasure this Wednesday. 😊

What measurement should I use? The stabbing motion or not so hard approach when measuring.
