Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

1/22/24 COMPLETE ✅

I noticed when attaching the LM close to the base I can really feel the soreness as supposed to attaching to the mid-shaft where I can’t feel a thing.
That is good. These are the signs that you must only do expressive stretches. You will still stretch your shaft with this process, becouse the tissue elongate during the session, and it looks like you are no longer attached to the base.

The chamber have not slipped. What have happend is that your tissue have elongated (temporary elongation).

Try doing more and more amounts of bundles as well. This will speed up your gains.

I’m able to do only one bundle unfortunately how long did take you to perform more bundles.

@DLD

Do you think it’s good to measure my bone pressed flaccid stretch every month to get idea where I’m at ?

Every other week you should measure bpfs to make sure you're seeing growth and to make adjustments to your routine. As girth should be measured daily after training to be sure you're seeing expansion. Gains in length first appear in bone pressed flaccid length before erect gains show up.

Alright I’ll measure tonight BPFS after stretching

Okay, so I measured my BPFS before and after stretching are about the same no changes.

I am getting a good stretch with LM because I can feel the soreness at the base during bundles and see it visually with my eyes.

I also started attaching closer to the base because that’s where I can feel the fatigue settling in. By 30 minutes of BTC the base of my penis is worn out.

I’m stuck at 6.75” BPFS

@DLD What should I do and do you think I’m on the right track?

If you want to be more systematic then you can track BPFSL before and after the session. If you've achieved 4-6% elongation following the session then you are good to go.
That is really little temporary elongation after a session. Why not more?

Preferably you want more, if you have been stretching for some months.

A good session for me is approximately 12.5% of temporary elongation, in Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length. So 2 cm (~ 0.79 Inch) more Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length after the session.
But as long as you grow you are good.

Yes I think you're on the right path. Always increase intensity as you can and you will find much better growth

always meant to ask this question, I’ve never actually measured pre and post stretch, just enjoyed seeing it.
So roughly 2cm BPFSL increase = a good stretch?

Yeah! For me it is. But I did not get these kind of big temporary elongation in the beginning. I got it when I had perfected my routine after many months. My 2 heating fans are key in this. Warm tissue will help you out big time, in getting maximum temporary elongation after a session.

Just measure once or twice so you know where you are at. If you measure every session it will take time from the routine, but there are also a risk for obsession and worries about it (at least for me).
