Do you think 30 minutes of bundles BTC at night with lengthmaster is enough to make gains along with ball and Lig stretch?

I mean I don’t want to do more than I can handle, but at the same time I need focus more on passive healing at night than anything.

Do you think 2-4 hrs of healing is efficient enough before going to bed?

Stretching for a high intensity will lead to gains.
If you do 10 minutes I would do 3 sets of 10 at night.

Stretching at a low intensity for even an hour after your session will lead to gains as well. Find what works for you. If it's 30 minutes with 1 hour of passive healing/stretching with ball and lig stretch then do that. I can assure you that you will gain will consistency and intensity.

thanks brother I currently have everything split up as you mentioned 10 minutes each with a five minute break-in-between.
 
I started sometime in January, but due to life circumstances I had to postpone until March and start from scratch again.

Starting Measurements: 3/10/2023
BPFLS: 6.50”
BPEL: 6”
NBPEL: 4.25”
MEG: 4.50”

Measurements: 5/14/23
BPFLS: 6.75”
BPEL: 6.25”
NBPEL: 4.50”
MEG: 5”

Morning:
Interval Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

Pre-Stretch: 5- Minute Bundle Stretches
  1. To the left: 1 Minute.
  2. To the Right: 1 Minute.
  3. Straight Down: 1 Minute .
  4. Straight Out: 1 Minute.
  5. Straight Up: 1 Minute.
4 sets of 5lbs for 20 minutes that’s 5 minutes sets.

I feel like 5lbs is a lot of weight starting out. Tomorrow session will drop half of that weight to 2.5lbs and go from there.

Signs:
My flaccid hang has shrunken tremendously from too much weight.

Night Example:
Interval Pumping using the MityVac air pump.

5 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 10 minutes.

Yes brother! Pick one light to medium weight for a 3 to 6 month period and every three weeks add extra 5 minutes to your routine focusing on the fatigue. The idea is to get up to one hour of hanging max a day.

Start slow maybe 15-25 minutes as a start upping the weight every 3 or 6 months.
 

No, I was too young when I joined MOS and to worried about this bad relationship or the next.

I’m far older a now and hopefully a bit wiser and I will admit there were times I was frustrated too.

It’s the life experience.
