Red Light Therapy/NIR: 15 Minute Warm up.

LengthMaster Bundle Stretches:
One Minute Stretch of Each Below 1 set. 5 Minutes.

Straight to the left
Straight to the right
Straight BTC
Straight Outward

Straight Up

Hanging Using The LengthMaster:
9 Set’s Of 7.5 lbs total 45 Minutes.

Girth Right After Hanging.

MityVac Dry Pumping:
10 Set’s Of 2 Minutes under pressure 5hg to 7hg total 20 Minutes.

Cock-Ring 30 Minutes Of Expanded Healing.
 
So I finally increase the sets by 5 minutes of hanging and 2 minutes of pumping as originally plan every three weeks. This routine took about three hours including clean up and breaks in between.

i’m sincerely thinking about not increasing the time anymore, but I made a commitment and plan to devote 4hrs at max for PE only.

I have to admit today was a pretty damn good work out 💪 🍆

Plus the uncle Jim wrap was the easiest way to heal elongated compared to other wraps.

When putting the chamber on when hanging one side of the chamber seems to lean more towards one side. I have tried to fix this with no luck. Will this cause uneven gains?

I don't think it will result to uneven gains. Are you feeling the weight on one side of your penis? If the weight is not felt on one side, I think you are fine. Let's hear what @DLD has to say.
