Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

So I fasted for 12 hours today drink mainly water. Around noon I had one carbonated water for lunch.

I find it really hard to fast what else do you recommend to make it easy besides coffee?

I really don’t like coffee.

Here’s my meal I am stuffed
You can put some Himalaya salt in the water, It's strange but this will make you feel more satisfied from the water you drink. I feels more thirst quenching. But just put a little of it, in like 1 liter of water.

Also eat alot of animal protein/meat when you get your meal in. Plant based protein isn't the same. I'm eating mostly meat and vegetables and some tubers (potatoes, carrots...).

Also to be busy all day helps a lot. You don't even realize that you haven't eaten. I think you will adopt. Or you can restructure the fasting to for example, 2 eating window in 24 hours.

I don't liked coffee in the beginning either, but now I'm loving it. I don't feel like myself without coffee. It's a powerful drug.

But I don't get like this man high on coffee 😂😂
 
@DLD I know you said there’s no limit to stretching. So could I stretch all day if needed could you explain a little further and what happens if I reach a plateau and gains stop?

Just curious for knowledge 😊

Stretch as hard as you like as long as there is no sharp pain or severe pains. When you hit a plateau, we will review your routine and break it together by adding something adding to the mix. I've never hit a plateau before.

4hrs or longer Uncle Jim’s Wrap.

I switch to the uncle Jim’s wrap a lot more comfortable and easier to manage.

I took the day off so I decided to add some extra stretches for the heck of it. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to use the length master so I went old school ✋

Tonight I will add 10 minutes of pumping as pre-pump before edging.

Agree! I could not get the same amount intensity or stretch with my hands compared to length master.
 
Honestly, I just stop my diet today. I need to save a little more money hopefully I will start again in the next few weeks.

Plus I live with my folks and there’s a lot of junk food around.

You don't need to do it like I'm doing it. I'm obsessed over my 20:4 diet now. But without losing all this mass, I would never have been able to perform bundled stretches BTC on my knees with LENGTHMASTER 3. My stomach would have been in the way.

29 right now fixing to be 30 I need to lose a little weight I believe I’m like 160 something a little overweight I’m not sure what target I should be for my height or weight. I finally convince my dad to go on a diet with me but we’re planning on doing it in a few weeks. Just trying to gather much information as I can.
 
Thanks brother : ) I had a good shave today so it might be illusion of the camera.

I really believe the Mityvac has really helped me expose some of my inner penis at least behind the fat pad.

Edit: It could be combination of hanging as well.

One thing you must know. The mityvac will turn a grower to a shower. I've been training girth for almost 5 months now. I have a very big fat pad like never before. The flaccid hang I have now, I cannot have it if not for the mityvac.

I always imagine what my penis would look like if I can reduce my fat pad like I did in 2018.
 
I just weighed myself I must lost a little weight. I’m currently 156lbs. I’m 5.7”

I’m assuming it’s from yesterday’s diet.
BMI = 24,4, and that's classified as normal.
You should messure yourself with an InBody 270, they are more accurate (you see your body composition). But it feels like you have nothing to worry about.

But BMI is worthless not accurate at all.
I believe you are fine as you are. It's easy to criticize ourselves.
