Wow, soreness was intense from the get go starting with the first set of hanging. The more I think about it I feel like my routine is solid I just need to be more strict and not over think it.

I use the red light by itself when stretching, hanging and pumping from a distance.

I need to be so close to it to get the effect, so I only use it when warming down, and sometimes when warming up. It makes big difference in my healing time.
Okey. Why NIR off?When warming up I have the device close to my body for heat with both the red light and infrared on for 15 minutes afterwards I just keep the red light on and NIR off.
