okey. Sound like a plan. You should not at least have to much wrapping. Someting I learned today.

Perfect your wrap no matter how long it takes. Be creative and make it be do comfortable that you can stretch with all your might
 
I have to admit tonight session went very well, I used one of the silisleeves that came with the Mityvac to hang with and went straight into pumping afterwards. Hanging takes a bit longer as I keep upping the time every 3 weeks.

I love pumping, but I just don’t see myself doing both in the same session as time gets longer. I’m scratching my head if I should just focus on stretching and hanging only or add pumping every other day.

You see the bolded part of your message? I also struggled with combining length master session with pumping session. I contemplated for many years before I started doing it in January. Anything more than 40 mins of length master work to be combined with pumping is too much for me.

Since I’ve been active I learned so much and the motivation is awesomeness.

From my understanding you want to use high stress levels to cause micro-tears in the penis and use low levels in the form of healing in elongating state.

“Think of the penis like a brick wall. If you pulled apart the courses of bricks and then filled the space between with new bricks, your wall would increase in size. New cell growth works the same way in your body, filling in the spaces with new cells.”

That's why I'm doing 5 minute stretches. I have found a way to make it safe. I unwrap every 5 minuts and let the blood flow a bit, to restore circulation, then I re-wrap and re-clamp in the chamber and do another stretch of 5 minutes with bundles in the other rotation (first right and then left).

I re-wrap for 2 reasons every 5 minutes:
1. The wrap moves forward towards the glans.
2. Restore blood flow.

I just wonder if I should stop hanging and just use the LengthMaster at night combined with pumping.
