I have to admit tonight session went very well, I used one of the silisleeves that came with the Mityvac to hang with and went straight into pumping afterwards. Hanging takes a bit longer as I keep upping the time every 3 weeks.
I love pumping, but I just don’t see myself doing both in the same session as time gets longer. I’m scratching my head if I should just focus on stretching and hanging only or add pumping every other day.
Yes I'm aiming on 2" BPEL increase. My starting length was 5".

Never put limitations on yourself just growEvery inch I gained was monumental. As I grew bigger gains did slow but then I invented SRT and growth kicked in again

I unwrap every 5 minuts and let the blood flow a bit, to restore circulation, then I re-wrap and re-clamp in the chamber and do another stretch of 5 minutes with bundles in the other rotation (first right and then left).Since I’ve been active I learned so much and the motivation is awesomeness.
