Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

I did pumping in the past using the bathmate for at least 3 months non stop with no stretches or manual exercises and made no gains. Very depressing.

That’s why I added stretches and hanging to contribute with my pumping.

Giethbwork takes time to bring result that's why it is good to wait for at least 6 months before measuring. You didn't gain girth because you weren't doing any manual girth exercises in between pumping sets.
 
I took Sunday off from training, but I have noticed every time I take one day off and go back to training the next day pumping and hanging feels more intense and harder on my unit. Compared to training every day without an off day.

For me, when I take a day off, I feel much better when I resume training. I guess it is different for everyone..

At what time do you do your pumping routine? I believe it is after all your length work? If yes, when you take off the cock ring, do you wrap the penis to stay elongated for the rest of the day?

It’s hard some days I just don’t feel like working out the more motivation from the brotherhood the better.

Part of me feels like quitting so I can use all the support. I can’t give up now!
