Note:

I just finished my second set of the day and my dick is sore. After I completed the SSJ and 10 minutes I went straight into the pump I felt so sore I was surprised I finished the remaining session.

I’m thinking about taking tomorrow off as rest day. @DLD is soreness common with girth exercises or at least with pumping?

Yes fatigue happens after girth sessions just like length tends to a unique fatigue of its own.

Most growth in both length and girth happen when you lean into fatigue for as long as possible. You will suffer fatigue but that's a pretty small price to pay for ultimate growth. I dealt with it for years but never had a problem with erections. So work through the fatigue and you will see faster results.

@DLD Looks like I developed two clear blisters on the head from pumping too long any suggestions?

Note: looks like I measured 6 1/4 inches after training the only bad news are the blisters that developed on the head.

Actually, they’re not painful at all. They look more like water blisters from moisture in the tube.

I made the mistake of staying too long tube.

40 minutes in one session is way too much next time I will split them into 20 minute sessions twice a day. My mistake 🙂 not painful at all.

But I believe that you need to let them heal. The glans are a sensitive area. We should be kind to it.

Do you remember when I puncture my glans, that was not painful but needed that to heal. 😂
