Note:
I just finished my second set of the day and my dick is sore. After I completed the SSJ and 10 minutes I went straight into the pump I felt so sore I was surprised I finished the remaining session.
I’m thinking about taking tomorrow off as rest day. @DLD is soreness common with girth exercises or at least with pumping?
