I was able to get some good stretches in the day and some good dry pumps as well. I have to admit when I first attached the length master my unit felt so much pain. It wasn’t funny but I made it through.

It’s been a while since I used the LM that’s probably why I had a level of discomfort. I assume the more I use it to more condition I’ll be for stretching.

Here’s my unit out side the pump for only 10 minutes of dry pump stretches :

looks like I went against the grain and decided to try something a bit different instead of doing 40 minutes of BTC stretches with the LM. I was curious if I could do 25 minutes of stretches followed by 20 minutes of pumping to make up for the rest, and by surprise my unit looks a lot bigger outside the pump by adding those 25 minutes of additional length master stretches before hand.

Reverse kegel works wonders 😃
I’m actually contemplating doing something similar as my cylinder is just tight enough to put most of my pumping efforts into possible length gains. We gotta keep on experimenting until we find out what works the best for us.

I believe in you brothers. You will get it.
But I have to say that, doing bundled stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3 can be enough for length, if you stretch with the correct force (stretch hard enough and for long enough time).

Just implement the healing portion in the SRT and you should be good.

The hardest thing in all of this is to trust the process.

Adding this:
It's important to find a program that works for you, and your life situation and then stick to it.

To jump back and forth between programs and/or STOP completely is not a good idea. You will not be able to log what is working, and what do not are working optimally. Because the physical changes will only happen if you do something over and over for months, after months...

Make small adjustments if you need to, and you will be able to extract data from that in order to optimize you program.

Just some recommendations.

Note:
I take it as a good sign that my penis was very sore during stretching, especially around the base area. I believe this routine is effective. Only time will tell.

I Missed Yesterday’s stretching session, but I’ll make up for it today.
Still going strong my brother, glad to see that. Btw you inspired me to start pumping right after my Lengthmaster 3 session, and I do not regret doing so.

Got a much longer and fuller hang all the time, which can only mean good things for gaining again.
 
Just finished reading this guys site called Dr Joel Kaplan.

Apparently he claims that first target the shaft of the penis to cause micro tears and second utilize full package pumping to target the inner penis buried in the body and to help tug on the suspensory ligament located behind the penis.
