OK, I’m restarting one of my previous old routines I’ll be starting with a low to moderate weight to help feel the soreness. The goal is to reach 40 to 60 minutes of hanging increasing the weight every 3-6 months. I’ll be increasing the set time by 5 minutes every 3 weeks.

Have you tried out full package pumping yet? If so how does it feel on the testicles?Just finished reading this guys site called Dr Joel Kaplan.
Apparently he claims that first target the shaft of the penis to cause micro tears and second utilize full package pumping to target the inner penis buried in the body and to help tug on the suspensory ligament located behind the penis.
If I would do this I would crush my testicles, there is no room for it. I believe if you want to do this, you need a big enough tube/cylinder.Contemplating starting with full package pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 but a bit scared to do it as I don’t wanna damage my last testicle.

Guess I’ll just have to test it out when I start my more girth oriented workouts.Personally never tried just curious over reading the guy’s statement above he claims you gain up to 1 to 3 inches 12 months combining the two cylinders. One for the shaft and the other for full package pumping.

Don't look for convenience, do what will get you the fastest gains instead.Alright I’m debating about going back to length master stretches instead of hanging. I noticed I get a better stretch with the length master BTC compared to hanging. One thing I love about hanging it’s convenient and easy to do.
