Note: Got some big stretches in today, even though I don’t feel like doing it, but I made it that’s what counts.
Those are the important days that make a difference….when u don’t feel like it but still train. Keep fighting!

How many of you feel guilty or depressed for skipping / not training?

It’s weird, but this how I feel when I don’t train.
I do not feel that. I only feel if it was a long time ago (if I take 2 days rest), that I need to get back to it.
I take 2 days rest really seldom.

Doing 3 days on 1 day rest, and then repeat...keeps me in the game.
 
Friday through Sunday I work all day so I don’t wrap, but I do train at night followed by 2 hr wrap before going to bed.

Monday Through Thursday I wrap all day starting from the morning until I train during the day followed by 4-6 hours of healing.
Okey that seems enough. 👌
But, what if? You could wrap always when you are awake and not stretching (even at work), have you considered that?

I wrap during the morning until I train and after my routine Monday through Thursday.

I just can’t wrap Friday through Sunday because I work. It’s not easy to maintain my wrap and moderate my penis during work hours.

Just want to say. I had to cancel the second set on my first session.

Really tired after 2 weekends of work after each other... need to eat...maybe I can do some more sets later, but maybe I will miss them all. Messed up at work with a person that doesn't take responsibility. It's almost dangerous. This are draining me, and are stressing me out.

But my penis is so tired (hard to attach it in the chamber). You see I'm not perfect in my dicipline. Sometimes we need to create a work around. But if we never give up we will reach our goal.

Though this would cheer you up. You are not alone in the felling, that we need to perform at max all the time. We need to be understanding and kind to ourselves as well. We can't just go...go all the time.

Just keep at it and you will succeed. I know it.
