Okey that seems enough.Friday through Sunday I work all day so I don’t wrap, but I do train at night followed by 2 hr wrap before going to bed.
Monday Through Thursday I wrap all day starting from the morning until I train during the day followed by 4-6 hours of healing.
Okey that seems enough.
But, what if? You could wrap always when you are awake and not stretching (even at work), have you considered that?
