Note:

I could barely complete 10 minutes of stretching today without feeling some kind of skin soreness around the base. My skin is chapped and I’m starting to notice tiny little bitty scabs. I’m planning on using some hydrocortisone in a minute to help with the skin soreness.

You need to apply hydrocortisone 1% after every stretching session to make it work. That is: To keep the intensity up.

I also recommend Locobase® REPAIR to keep the skin healthy and lubricated. But you can't apply them simultaneously. Wait one hour after applying hydrocortisone, before you can add another ointment.
 
what do you think about using Vaseline for the skin?
Not to lubricate and make the skin healthier.
Locobase® REPAIR contains skin-identical lipids.
It protects and restore the skin barrier. Try to find something that helps restore your skin. Use this in combination with Hydrocortisone 1%. It's also important to use a soap that doesn't dry out the skin.

Vaseline is fine for lubrication when pumping/girthwork but not to restore the health of the skin.

Taking a break from PE today and tomorrow just completed 10 minutes of bundles. The soreness is unbearable. This sucks because I had two days off in row from PE and worked out a full day yesterday, but I can’t seem to manage to stretch at full intensity or any without pain.

I’m a little frustrated right now

I understand your frustration. I had problems with this in the beginning as well.

Just a regular bandage that is used for sprained ankles and wrists, and PENIS WRAPPING TAPE over that to keep everything tight.

Thanks 😊 I have all the material including the regular bandage and MOS black penis tap I believe you are referring to. Will look at your thread some more.
 
I’m thinking about taking a week off for the soreness to go away and the skin to fully recover. Hopefully this is not a big mistake but I got feeling it might be. I really don’t wanna lose any progress that I’ve made so far.
I don't think you need a full week. A week is a long time.

Apply hydrocortisone 1%, 2 times per day, and lubricate your penis with a healing ointment this will speed up the healing time. If you just get the wrapping to work, you can cut down the healing time to 1 day, when you need it.

You’re right at least I got 40 minutes of stretching in today. My plan is to stick to the schedule and have tomorrow off and go back to training the following day.
