Try to balance the intensity so you plan the rest strategically. 4 days on of training is enough to gain.

The schedule you are talking about should be perfect for gains. Important to keep the intensity high. There is no danger to feel soreness constantly in your inner penis. It's in fact good.

2 days rest sometimes, and one day rest sometimes, this will be a good schedule.
Follow the calendarI’m thinking the same thing now one day off to recover two days on at full intensity, and then two more days off for recovery again and two days again at full intensity and repeat. Something like that.
