Note:

I didn’t take my own advice and the soreness is crazy. I believe it’s skin soreness and base soreness from bundles I can’t even stretch anymore I feel physically and mentally drained. Taking the next two days to recover.

The schedule you are talking about should be perfect for gains. Important to keep the intensity high. There is no danger to feel soreness constantly in your inner penis. It's in fact good.

Tomorrow I’m going to structure my routine a little bit different. I’m planning on doing 20 minutes of bundles stretches in the morning or afternoon followed by 25 minutes of bundles with 10 minutes of interval pumping later that night. This will give me a chance to heal elongated throughout the day with an ace wrap until I get some silisleeves sometime next week.

Plus tired of training in one long complete session at night takes too damn long.
