Awesome, thanks! Do you have everything that you need to go full out SRT! Let’s stick with length for now.

6 Needed Sources of Stretching
-Tunica Stretching(stretching what is already there)

- Ligament stretching(Preparing for what is coming)

- Expressive Stretching(Grabbing new gains from freely accessible inner penis)

-Erect Stretching (to cement the temporary gains)

- SiliStretcher active and passive stretching to gain length and secure it.

- Testicle health massage and stretch
(Increasing length and heaviness to allow for a longer and thicker flaccid penis)


Tunica
Tunica trading we can use Bundled stretches with Lengthmaster. This will powerfully pre-stretch your Tunica. Since the Tunica is so dense once you have stretched, it will never go back to his original form.

Ligament and Shaft stretching
Lengthmaster is preferred in this portion of basic stretches but can also be done manually. We want to always use basic stretching in any length workout, no matter how advanced we are. The reason for this is they hit every conceivable angle if possible growth.

Expressive Stretching
These stretches work to call internal penis outward. If you take your fingers and scrapes from the base of your penis all the way back you’ll feel inches of internal penis. This type of stretching gets to it very effectively.

Erect Stretching
There will always be a difference between your erect length and your flaccid stretch length So erect stretches become necessary to cement any new growth.

SiliStretcher or ADS
The difference between active and passive stretching is the intensity use. When going active this is when you are stretching to make new growth. Passive stretching is done at a moderate tension in order to cement length gains.

Behind The Cheeks 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the 30-seconds x 3

Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Rolls: 5 minutes
Bundles: 5 minutes

PowerAssist fulcrum stretches
Choose 4 exercises you like and we add them in.

Expressive Stretching
Lengthmaster low grip 5 minutes

Erect Stretching
10 minutes every other day.

Testicle health massage and stretch
You will find this in the newbie routine.

Hey man, nice thread!
Just wanted to jump in saying, that I had exact same water retention problems as you (my dick is v similar, cut and about same lenght/girth). Using a condom in bathmate removes 90% of water retention leaving you with a nice blood pumped dick as opposed to this alien like watery dick :). You can reuse condoms multiple times as well. Personaly I assumed that extra watery retention is bad because your skin will get soggier from continuosly being overstreched, which is why I thought stretching without it is better.

if you click on the word PowerAssist it will bring you to the PowerAssist page which shows you all of the fulcrum exercises.

I’m so excited for you my brother you’re gonna do awesome. Let me know when everything comes in and let’s make sure we get your progress thread looking really good.

Rolls are when you are in your Lengthmaster you pull straight forward and then your roll back with the handlebars towards your base and then stretch from there. Extremely intense and powerful stretch.

How many sets when performing Upward LM stretches and how should I perform this exercise?

I noticed right after rolls I'm doing 5 minutes bundles as well correct?

Upward stretching I would do four sets of one minute. This is a very good Tunica exercise. And yes you want to do five minutes of rolls and five minutes of bundles. Be sure to make sure you bundle equally to the left and to the right so you do not close curvature.

Wow, I noticed this routine is longer than a hour Including rest between sets. Should I do the whole routine and one or could I split it for instance do half one day and the other half the next day?

Either way is good but I really like the idea of having two sessions a day because it causes expansion and elongation twice in the same 24 hour period. I used to do two sessions a day but every time I went to the bathroom I would take five minutes to get even more work in to keep me expanded or elongated. I knew then that keeping the size around as long as possible would end up healing in a much faster way. Hence the start of SRT.
 
Today was the first day of SRT program and I have to say it's not bad as I thought.
