Ok if you haven't started your routine,let's start today I'll have my first new session today let's give ourselves starting today till December 31st n see if we get what we look for stay in touch... there's a lot of info here...
In fact, I know that all of these exercises and the information provided in this forum are very effective if applied. I have already tried them and have seen some results that impressed me; But what I really want to know is can anyone start from 4.5 inches all the way to 7.5 inches? Because this is a large volume compared to the average volume gained by other members
 
I haven't measured yet besides post expansion tbh it's not my time to measure yet! It's scary. Anyway I just got my Mityvac in and been playing around with it for the last 2 days or so.

Plus I took 3 week break from PE

My routine has changed alot I have seen alot of good results from my post expansion such as 5.75" and so forth. DLD calls this temporary gains but hopefully they become permanent.

I believe pumping / Bathmate is great way to start with girth including other exercises such SSJ, Jelq and edging.

I started out focusing on both length and girth on split days to eventually only girth.

I just bought the Mityvac a upgrade from my bathmate and I have to say it's addicting and stronger than BM :)

I took three or more weeks off from PE hoping to comeback with a fresh mindset. Right now I'm learning how to use my Mityvac for the best results.

The end of September would of been my deadline for measurements but I'm starting from scratch again plus it's sort like a hobby at times.

100% possible. We've had numerous brothers on the forum add 2.5 inches or more. I added 1.5 inches in length and .5" in girth my first year or training alone. Anything is possible with discipline.
I really appreciate your motivational answer and respect your opinion, but honestly, I think a penis that is 5 to 6 inches long has a high probability of gaining 4 inches compared to a penis that is 4.5 inches long. what do you think Dld ? could you please giving us your opinion about this?
 
I think you could gain 2.5 inches in one year of PE. Whit a good routine you could just focus on lenght,n leave girth aside...but you can combine too..

5×5×3 routine:

Mityvac 5 Minutes At Full Intensity -10HG
SSJ for 5 Minutes

Mityvac 5 Minutes At Full Intensity -10HG
SSJ for 5 Minutes

Mityvac 5 Minutes At Full Intensity -15HG
SSJ for 5 Minutes

Mityvac 5 Minutes At Full Intensity -15HG

Followed by 20 Minutes Of Edging.

Since getting the Mityvac I've been experimenting with different pressures and so forth.

According to Jason from MOS I can keep my current tube 1.75" to focus on length and some girth for my first session and switch to a wider tube 2" for my second session for girth work.

I really like this idea Of switching between the two tube as proposed above how would I implement this into a routine?

yes you can keep your tube you have now for length work and then you can get a larger tube for girth work. You’ll be getting two for one!

What happened after you gained 4 inches? I mean, have you stopped practicing your daily routine or the penis that stopped even though you continued doing exercises?

Yes I no longer train to make gains, I simply train to invent new exercise and tools. I have not had a steady routine for about four years and the last routine I used was SRT. I’ve never lost anything that was not cemented
