My routine has changed alot I have seen alot of good results from my post expansion such as 5.75" and so forth. DLD calls this temporary gains but hopefully they become permanent.
I believe pumping / Bathmate is great way to start with girth including other exercises such SSJ, Jelq and edging.
I started out focusing on both length and girth on split days to eventually only girth.
I just bought the Mityvac a upgrade from my bathmate and I have to say it's addicting and stronger than BM

I took three or more weeks off from PE hoping to comeback with a fresh mindset. Right now I'm learning how to use my Mityvac for the best results.
