Does masturbation after a girth workout affect gains? Or is that just personal?
Honestly it's just personal I can't complete my tasks or PE if I'm constantly jacking to adult entertainment. I don't believe masturbation would effect gains after girth is over as long as you get through the healing stage, but on the other hand I like to stay at my maximum girth to make gains and get thru the day.
I really believe edging is the best form of masturbation. At least 20-30 minutes.

Plus it makes sense if you stay at your maximum expansion you will eventually break the tunica elasticity and make gains.
