Does masturbation after a girth workout affect gains? Or is that just personal?

Honestly it's just personal I can't complete my tasks or PE if I'm constantly jacking to adult entertainment. I don't believe masturbation would effect gains after girth is over as long as you get through the healing stage, but on the other hand I like to stay at my maximum girth to make gains and get thru the day.

I really believe edging is the best form of masturbation. At least 20-30 minutes.

I like to hear what others have to say!

Plus it makes sense if you stay at your maximum expansion you will eventually break the tunica elasticity and make gains.

I mean you could utilize it as a reward for getting your PE in for the day. Get all your length work in during the day and then after your girth work in the PM, treat yourself to a nice fap sesh.

Hey guys, I just started back BM session today after more than week off from PE. Anyway I reached a 5 today I believe this is my lowest expansion I have ever had in awhile.

I did 5 minute warm up using the bathmate then went straight into 5x5x3 program as usual.

My routine used to be one set of bundles for 5 minutes and one set of basic stretches before doing 10 minutes of DLD'S Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and 5×5×3 program.

I noticed I kept losing EQ during SSJ.

Do you think I should go back to bundles and BM stretches like my old routine because I noticed better expansion compared to just doing 5×5×3 alone?

Wish me luck I'm trying again :)

I would say that you’re probably doing the SSJ incorrectly and that’s not really your fault it’s because there’s so many different threads with people saying how it’s done when it’s not really that way. The best place to see the exercise on video is at www.mattersofsize.com/access go to the AV section and download the isolated compression squeeze. This will show you exactly how to do the SSJ and you will see incredible expansion.

Yes the upper hand and lower hand should be pushing together. Did you look at the video at www.mattersofsize.com/access? If you look in the AV section you will find a exercise called the isolated compression squeeze, this was the name of the SSJ had before. That video shows you exactly how it’s done correctly

you want to clamp hard enough that no blood leaves the shaft. I grip pretty intense.

So when doing the SSJ after a minute or so my erection level goes down and I have to restimulate myself to continue for the duration of the rep. I assume this is normal if you go the full 5 minutes?

So basically both hands are jelqing towards each other at the same time creating small tiny circles with the upper hand. Basically the lower and upper hand will meet together in the center and touch and repeat?

Hey guys, I believe there's something wrong with my Bathmate I can get two good pumps out of it in some cases four and no more is this normal?

I just finished my bathmate routine instead of doing the 5×5×3 I decided to do something a little bit different I did 3 minutes with the bathmate tilted up right instead of straight out with a 15 second break in between for about 32 minutes in total.

My expansion is huge: 5.50"
