I'm not sure how all you fine people keep track of what you've done P.E wise but I thought I would share how I keep a track of what I've done. As you will see in the photo, I've only got 2-3 weeks under my belt (pun intended). Using this chart allows me to see how many workouts I have successfully completed and can be helpful for planning when to step up to a next phase. For example, I intend to start using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] along side my current work. I've still not seen any size gains but with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and with this "Morganisation", there is nothing stopping me from "taking" what is owed to me, my thundercock.
Patience + Time + Mental Fortitude = MASSIVE DICK !
