After my stretching routines (30 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week), I get a temporary loss of feeling on the (penis) head.
When doing the stretches, I grip just below the head using latex gloves for a better grip, and usually jelq some blood into the head for even better grip.
This ofcourse builds a very high pressure in the head.
I'm not totally numb, I can feel pain if I picnh it, but I can't feel very light touches.
The loss of sensation lasts half an hour or so.
Should I be worried?
It seems impossible to me to do the stretches with the same amount of force if i don't grip just below the head.
Does anyone have any advice on this?
