I am chinese, Ive had 3 partners in my life and have been all white girls (sex has been great they say.....). Last time I measured my penis fully erect was 5.5". I read the thread with darkseid in it, about the stereotypical asian dicks. Its been rough for me lately, I'm not very confident in having sex with girls lately, although girls do find me attractive for an asian, its just my penis size lowering my self esteem. Anyways my goal is to reach 7.5" and stop. I don't mind having an 8" or 9". I think 7.5ish would be plenty. I have a couple questions now..

I am reading the beginners guide on DLD Routine, how long did this take you?

By doing this exercises correctly will my penis be very sore, to the point where I can go on the next day?

Do I do the girth routine and length routine right after one another?

You say that 6 on 1 off, I'm assuming 6 days and 1 day off rest?

Is it possible to gain 1" in a month?

I took measurement

my erect length with the ruler on my pubic bone/mound or w/e is 5 17/32 (5.53)
my girth fully erect is 4.81

I also found out the answer to some of my questions, haha didn't read carefully. Got answers on the soreness, and the days on and off.
 
Welcome 4saken to the world of Penis Enlargement I don't know about the gain goal you are looking for but if you are consistent in your exercises you should start noticing some changes going on with your penis within a month or two. I have been at it for about 4 years now and my gains have been when I am consistent, life has thrown its share of time challenges at me so I have fallen out of my routine but you just get back in the groove when you can. It is an education along the way as well so one word of advice is not to rush through the exercises regardless of the level you are currently working through. Soreness is usually at it's worst in the first month. It will never be pain, just a dull worked out feeling.

Totally up to you, it makes no difference.

I think I made more mistakes while measuring today as well, I watched a video of some guy measure his penis, When he was doing BPenis EnlargementL he was pushing the ruler into his pubic bone and measuring it, I think I just did NBPenis EnlargementL

I'm guessing in BPenis EnlargementL you have to push the ruler until you hit the bone.. lol? I just find this strange in length because I feel like it gives you an extra length that isn't really there...

The length is there, it is buried under the fat pad. Bone pressed is the only accurate way to measure because it is the same no matter what your weight or body fat is. Non-bone-pressed is a very inconsistent measurement.
